The government has launched a program to help 300 public administration employees purchase homes under favorable conditions. Teachers, doctors, police officers, and employees of other public institutions can benefit from the scheme by applying through the e-Albania platform by September 25.
The program provides financing for the purchase of a home based on the official reference price, while the size of the property is determined according to the applicant’s family certificate.
The loan is offered at a 0% interest rate and aims to make housing more accessible for public administration employees who meet the requirements set out under social housing legislation.
A total of 300 places are available under this call, divided among five institutions and sectors. The Ministry of Health and Social Welfare has been allocated 70 places, the Ministry of Defense 70, the Ministry of Education 70, and the Ministry of Interior 70, while the Prison Police and the Ministry of Justice have been allocated 20 places.
