Kosovo Foreign Ministry publishes Verbal Note reconfirming recognition of Guinea Bissau

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kosovo has reacted after recent reports of media in Belgrade who reported that Guinea Bissau has withdrawn recognition of Kosovo. Kosovo’s Foreign Ministry announced that they have received Verbal Note from the Guinea Bissau Embassy in Brussels, dated 24 January 2018, reconfirming recognition of the Republic of Kosovo as independent and sovereign country. Guinea Bissau has recognised Kosovo on 10 January, 2011.
