Future Hospitality Forum to showcase 100 Albanian hotel projects

More than 100 Albanian hotel projects will go before international investors and hotel operators on October 2 in Tirana. The Albanian Investment Development Agency will host the Future Hospitality Forum 2026 for the first time. The event will take place at the National Theatre of Opera and Ballet.

The forum will bring together Albanian developers, investors and representatives of major international hotel brands. Organizers aim to connect Albanian projects with international investors and operators. They also seek to address the hotel sector’s need for greater capacity as tourism demand grows. Prime Minister Edi Rama will open the forum. Two panels will examine hospitality development and the next wave of hotel investment in Albania.

Confirmed participants include Accor Luxury, Minor Hotels, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Falkensteiner Hotels and Residences, Sunset Hospitality Group, Iberostar, Banyan Group and Hyatt Inclusive Collection. The forum will cover urban development, investment along the Adriatic and Ionian coasts, and projects in mountain areas. In addition, pre-arranged business-to-business meetings will connect Albanian projects with international investors and operators. The meetings will seek new cooperation opportunities in the hospitality sector.
