New road in Tale, Lezha, aims to boost coastal tourism

Tale, in the Lezha area, has become an increasingly popular tourist destination, attracting more visitors each year. New road infrastructure has improved access to the area and increased the value of nearby properties, creating new opportunities for the local community.

Prime Minister Edi Rama has shared images of the new road on social media. The 6.3-kilometre route connects Rrila village and the Tale drainage pumping station with the Lezha–Tirana highway. It includes bicycle lanes, pavements on both sides and decorative features.

The investment aims to ease traffic and give tourism along the Lezha coast a further boost. Road infrastructure projects also seek to improve connectivity and residents’ quality of life while supporting the area’s long-term tourism and economic potential.
