US refuses visa for Serbia’s army chief of staff because of crimes committed in Kosovo

The US rejection of a visa application for the Serbian army chief of staff, Ljubisa Dikovic, was done because of his responsibility for crimes committed during the war in Kosovo, and not because of his affiliation with Russia, said Nemanja Stjepanovic, researcher of the Humanitarian Law Centre (HLC)
