The Special Prosecutor’s Office (SPAK) has closed the investigations and has sent the former head of Himara, Jorgo Goro, to the Special Court (GJKKO) for trial. These areas of about 10,000 square meters have been seized by SPAK and former MP Artan Gaçi was the final beneficiary.

Also, SPAK has doubts that Goro has not declared a residence as his property. SPAK has sent the request for judgment to GJKKO also for Goro’s former subordinates. At the end of the preliminary investigation, it has been proven that the defendants Jorgo Goro and Jerasimo Bashi, in cooperation between them, in two separate episodes, have committed actions and omissions contrary to the law, in regular failure to fulfill their duties”, it is stated among others in the notification of SPAK./abcnews.al
