Pacolli asks the EU react after Kosovo was excluded from a regional summit

Kosovo First Deputy Prime Minister, and minister of Foreign Affairs, Behgjet Pacolli has reacted after Kosovo was not invited to attend the Summit of Western Balkans in Banja Luka (Bosnia and Herzegovina). Pacolli asked the EU Commissioner Johannes Hahn and the European Union to take notice the lack of will in Sarajevo and Belgrade to cooperate with neighbours.
