Vetevendosje activists jailed for attacking Parliament likely to face new trial

The Four Vetevendosje activists, found guilty of throwing an explosive device at the Parliament building in 2016 and convicted to jail terms, are expected to get a new trial. A source told Gazeta Express that the Court of Appeals will return the case to the point zero, thus dismissing the judgment of the first instance court – Basic Court of Pristina , which jailed the four Vetevendosje activists, including an MP, for a total of 21 years and six months.
