Rossmann & Lala Expands Market Presence and Lowers Prices for Albanian Consumers

The drugstore chain Rossmann & Lala, a German brand present in Albania since 2008, has launched a new development strategy that combines expanding its market presence with reducing prices for Albanian consumers.

At a time when the rising cost of living remains one of the main concerns for Albanian families, the company aims to offer a better balance between quality and price, without compromising the standards that have distinguished it in the market.

As the first drugstore network of this format in Albania, Rossmann & Lala currently operates 48 retail locations across Albania and Kosovo and employs over 700 people. The investment made over the years has exceeded 3 million euros, reflecting a sustained commitment to the development of the local market and economy.

As part of its new expansion strategy, the company is extending its presence to other cities across the country. New store openings in Berat and Elbasan are expected soon, as part of its ongoing growth plan.

Alongside its physical expansion, Rossmann & Lala has initiated a broad price review process, particularly in the personal care category, including body and hair care products. This step aims to ease the burden on consumers by offering quality products at more affordable prices.

The company emphasizes that the price adjustments do not affect quality standards, which remain one of the brand’s core pillars. Products come from internationally certified manufacturers and follow German standards, known for safety and high quality.

Going forward, Rossmann & Lala is expected to continue investing in network expansion and improving customer experience, aiming to remain a trusted choice for consumers in Albania.
