Rama: Albania Sets Record in EU Negotiation Chapter Openings

Prime Minister Edi Rama met today with the Socialist Party assembly in Unit 4, Tirana.

Rama highlighted Albania’s rapid progress in its EU accession negotiations, saying the country holds the record for opening all negotiation chapters faster than any other nation.

“Compared to all countries that went through the negotiation process, we lead in the speed of opening every chapter,” Rama said.

He credited this achievement to a combination of factors, including Albania’s efforts and the positive recognition from European partners.

“The EU recognized our merit and gave us the score we earned based on our homework,” Rama added.
