State Minister Pirdeni urges youth to join excellence program amid EU integration process

TIRANA, April 2 – State Minister for Public Administration and Anti-Corruption Adea Pirdeni spoke with young students about Albania’s EU accession negotiations, emphasizing their role in the process.

Pirdeni described European integration as a difficult but highly rewarding journey, with vital impact on the country’s future. “Integration is not easy, but it is very rewarding and crucial for the future. It is a great achievement that Albanian youth take part, showing pride through their ideas and initiatives,” she said.

At the end of the meeting, Pirdeni encouraged students to join the Excellence Program. Over 860 public administration employees have already participated. She highlighted that the program provides a unique chance to engage daily in public administration while supporting Albania’s goal of EU membership by 2030.

By the end of this month, I invite all young people to join the Excellence Program. You can become part of the daily work of administration, which strengthens every day with the commitment that Albania joins the European Union by 2030,” Pirdeni concluded.
