According to the report “State of the Global Workplace 2026” by Gallup, 39% of employees in Albania feel stressed at work, placing the country among those with high stress levels in Europe.
However, 32% of employees are actively engaged in their work, above the European average. According to the study, the most stressed workers are young people under the age of 35, managers, and those working in hybrid models.
The report highlights the importance of improving stress management and employee engagement in order to increase productivity and overall well-being.
