Rama: We aim to reach €35 billion total production by 2030

Prime Minister and Socialist Party leader Edi Rama outlined the government’s ambition to raise Albania’s total gross production to €35 billion by 2030.

At a Socialist Party Assembly meeting, Rama said, “We inherited an economy with less than €10 billion total production. Today, it stands at around €27 billion. We aim for €35 billion by 2030.”

He highlighted tourism growth: “When we started, Albania had about 2 million tourists. Even foreign leaders counted themselves in that number. Today, we host 12 million tourists annually and attract €1.5 billion in foreign investments.”
