4th Diaspora Summit in Tirana strengthens ties between Albanians worldwide

TIRANA, April 9 – The 4th Diaspora Summit will take place in Tirana on April 13–15, bringing together Albanians from around the world to share ideas and foster collaboration.

The summit, under the slogan “From our roots we rise,” aims to strengthen connections between the Albanian diaspora and institutions in the country. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with government officials, local leaders, and prominent figures from various fields.

Discussions will focus on key issues such as the economy, rural development, language, communication, arts, culture, science, technology, and innovation.

According to State Minister for Relations with Parliament Erjona Ismaili, the summit is an important platform to increase interaction and cooperation, creating lasting bridges between Albania and its global diaspora.

The event offers detailed thematic panels where participants can choose topics of interest. Online registration is available for attendees to reserve spots and select sessions.

This initiative is part of Albania’s broader efforts to strengthen ties with its diaspora and leverage its potential for the country’s economic, cultural, and social development.
