Albania U-19 girls drew 2–2 with Montenegro. The teams played the second-round opener of the European Championship. The match took place at the “House of Football.”

Coach Daniela Kodra started Helshani in goal. She lined up Hysa, Nika, Kadiolli, and Bajramaj. She added Vata, Bushati, and Ago. She also selected Stalaj, Reci, and Leka.

Montenegro scored first. Dresaj netted in the 29th minute. Albania created chances. However, the first half ended 0–1.

In the second half, Albania pressed forward. The team controlled most of the play. Then Gelda Kadiolli equalized in the 72nd minute. She scored directly from a corner.

Next, Albania took the lead. Bora Bushati scored a long-range goal in the 90th minute. Albania went ahead 2–1.

However, Montenegro responded quickly. They scored two minutes later. Thus, the match ended 2–2.

Meanwhile, Turkey beat Liechtenstein 6–0 in the other group match.

Albania will face Turkey next. The match will take place on April 12 at 15:00. The “House of Football” will host it. FSHF TV will broadcast it live.
