President Begaj and Speaker Peleshi deliver Orthodox Easter wishes from Korça

TIRANA, April 12 – President Bajram Begaj visited the cathedral in Korça on Sunday and extended Easter wishes to Orthodox believers and all Albanians.

In a statement to the media, Begaj wished peace, love, and prosperity. He called for greater solidarity and mutual respect in society. He said the light of the Easter candle should guide both individuals and the wider community.

The president also encouraged people to show more kindness toward one another. He stressed the importance of coexistence and shared human values. In addition, he wished the leaders of the Korça Metropolitanate a successful and meaningful service.

Meanwhile, Speaker of Parliament Niko Peleshi also delivered Easter greetings from Korça. He described the holiday as a day of joy and goodwill. He expressed hope that this spirit spreads among all citizens in Albania and abroad.

Peleshi wished believers a peaceful celebration and continued harmony in the days ahead.
