Rama: Contract with Fincantieri for military ship production in Pashaliman

The Edi Rama met tourism operators in Vlora. He promoted major development and investment plans. First, he said Vlora transforms into a key tourism hub. He stressed that projects attract more visitors and investors.

Moreover, he said Albania offers a safe environment for living and business. Therefore, he compared Vlora to leading Mediterranean cities. He explained the role of tax policy. He supports tax advantages for yachts because they generate income.

Furthermore, he pushed for more marina development. So, he said Albania expands infrastructure in Vlora, Durrës, and Shëngjin. As a result, he expects more yacht tourism and higher local consumption. He said thousands of visitors will stay during the year.

Also, he confirmed a major agreement with Fincantieri. He said Albania builds military ships at the Pashaliman shipyard. Moreover, he said the project strengthens defense production. It also supports exports and technical expertise.

Finally, he said the investment creates jobs and economic growth. He emphasized cooperation between Albania and Italy.
