Besfort Lamallari announced that a public space near the Vjosa River has been freed from stored seized assets.
He said the Agency for the Administration of Seized and Confiscated Assets continues to clear public areas that were occupied for years. In this case, the site had been used for storing movable seized property for 15 years.
Lamallari said the intervention returns the area to the environment and the local community. He added that it reduces the risk of pollution in the river zone.
He described the action as another step toward more efficient and transparent asset management by state institutions.
