Hoxha meets Moldova’s Foreign Minister, shares details from talks

The Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Ferit Hoxha, announced in a post on X that he held a meeting with Moldova’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Mihai Popșoi, during the Delphi Economic Forum.

Hoxha wrote that during the meeting they exchanged views and shared their assessments regarding their engagement in the European Union accession process.

“It was a particular pleasure to meet, on the sidelines of the Delphi Economic Forum, with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Moldova, Mr. Mihai Popșoi.

This meeting was a valuable opportunity to exchange views and share assessments on our active and dynamic engagement in the European Union accession process. Albania remains fully committed to sharing its experience and to continuing to do so whenever useful, in the spirit of friendship and close partnership between our countries, as current partners and future members of the European Union.

We consider enlargement a strategic investment in Europe’s security and in building a more united, stable, and resilient continent in the face of future challenges,” Hoxha wrote.
