PM Rama in Seoul meets leaders of major South Korean companies

TIRANA, May 20 – Prime Minister Edi Rama held meetings in Seoul with leaders of several major South Korean industrial companies. He met representatives of LG Group, Kia Corporation and Lotte Group. Rama shared the meetings on social media and published photos from the encounters.

The Prime Minister said he focused on strengthening economic cooperation and presenting investment opportunities in Albania. He is on an official visit to the Republic of Korea from 17 to 21 May, accompanied by his wife Linda Rama and an official delegation. The visit aims to deepen bilateral cooperation and expand partnerships in development, technology and innovation. Earlier, Rama met South Korean Prime Minister Kim Min-seok in Seoul. Later during the visit, he will deliver remarks at the opening ceremony of the Asian Leadership Conference.
