Ksamil Strengthens Beach Safety Measures as Summer Tourism Season Begins

Ksamil has welcomed a growing number of local and foreign tourists as the summer tourism season begins. Visitors are already enjoying the destination’s crystal-clear waters and warm June weather.

At the same time, upgraded tourism infrastructure is expected to attract even more holidaymakers throughout the season.

Meanwhile, local authorities have taken steps to protect public access to beaches. Under the summer tourism management plan, they have designated free public beach areas, giving both residents and tourists easy access to the coastline alongside privately managed sections.

In addition, authorities have strengthened water safety measures across the coast. They have stationed lifeguards at busy beaches, installed information signs, and equipped key areas with first-aid facilities.

Furthermore, responsible agencies are monitoring compliance with maritime navigation rules. Through these measures, they aim to protect swimmers and ensure a safe environment for all beachgoers.

As a result, Ksamil continues to strengthen its position as one of Albania’s top seaside destinations. The resort attracts increasing numbers of visitors each year and remains a key driver of tourism growth along the Albanian Riviera.
