Albania’s U-19 national team learned its opponents for the second round of the UEFA European Under-19 Championship 2027 qualifiers.
UEFA held the draw in Nyon, Switzerland. It placed Albania U-19 in Group 6 of League B.
First, Albania will face Armenia and Cyprus in the group stage. The team will compete for promotion to League A in the next qualification cycle. In addition, the format gives teams a clear pathway to progress. Strong results will allow Albania to move up to the top tier of qualification.
The hosting rights for the mini-tournament have not yet been finalized. The three federations involved—Albanian Football Association, the Armenian Football Federation, and the Cyprus Football Association—will agree on the host country.
Finally, Albania U-19 continues preparations as it aims to advance in the European youth competition system.
