Moreover, five finalist teams presented different visions for the future campus. In addition, these proposals introduced new ideas for higher education, scientific research, and student life in Albania.

The goal is clear. The campus will create a large and functional space. At the same time, it will bring together education, innovation, entrepreneurship, culture, and student life into a single ecosystem.

Meanwhile, the jury stated that the winning project connects landscape, infrastructure, and urban development. As a result, it creates a stable framework for the long-term growth of the campus.

Furthermore, the jury highlighted the visionary character of the proposal. It shows strong capacity to evolve over time through a clear and coherent strategy.

In addition, the design offers diverse spatial conditions and multiple identities within the campus. Thus, it creates a rich and dynamic environment for students and academic staff.

The jury also praised the use of landscape as the starting point of the urban design. In particular, it highlighted water management and drainage as key elements integrated into the architectural concept.

Finally, all participating teams were recognized for their quality and creativity. As a result, the competition was considered an important step toward the future campus in Durrës.

Overall, the project is not seen only as a physical construction. Instead, it represents a direct investment in higher education, student life, and the urban development of the city.
