Prime Minister Edi Rama shared details from his recent visits to France and Poland in his podcast Flasim. He highlighted meetings with French President Emmanuel Macron and participation in the Ukraine Reconstruction Conference in Gdańsk.
First, in Paris, Rama met President Macron. They discussed Albania’s EU integration process and bilateral cooperation.
In addition, he said France plays an important role in supporting EU enlargement. He also referred to joint Franco-German initiatives on the future of the European Union.
Meanwhile, Rama attended the conference in Gdańsk, Poland, focused on rebuilding Ukraine. He reaffirmed Albania’s strong support for Ukraine.
Furthermore, he said Ukraine’s reconstruction and the EU integration of the Western Balkans, Moldova, and Ukraine should be seen as one strategic process.
As a result, Rama emphasized a broader vision for a more stable and united Europe.
Finally, he stressed that these processes are connected. Together, they form a strategy for a stronger and more secure European Union.
