“Shtëpia e Midhjeve” (The House of Mussels), a culinary destination located near Saranda, has ranked second in the “TEA’s Gastronomy Award” category at the TEA Awards 2026 ceremony.
The National Tourism Agency says this recognition places “Shtëpia e Midhjeve” among the most highly rated gastronomic destinations based on visitor reviews and users of the TEA app.
“Shtëpia e Midhjeve” is known for combining fresh seafood from the Ionian Sea with local tradition and Albanian hospitality. It offers a unique culinary experience for both local and international visitors.
The Albanian National Tourism Agency says the award reflects the quality and dedication behind promoting Albanian gastronomy. It also highlights the growing potential of culinary tourism in Albania.
