TIRANA, July 10 – Himara remains one of the most popular destinations for domestic and foreign tourists during the summer season.
Prime Minister Edi Rama shared today images from Himara’s public beach, where visitors are spending their holidays under the sun, relaxing on the sand and by the sea.
Across the coastline managed by Himara Municipality, authorities have identified and marked public beaches. The Public Services Enterprise has installed signs to guide local and foreign visitors and ensure safer use of these areas.
Meanwhile, Himara offers more than its coastline. The area combines seaside tourism with cultural and historical attractions that reflect Albania’s heritage.
Visitors can explore the old castle and dozens of centuries-old churches dating back to the 11th century and earlier. The destination continues to attract tourists with its natural beauty, history and unique landscapes.
