Hysaj Agrotourism Offers an Authentic Experience Between Tradition and Nature in Malësia e Madhe

Hysaj Agrotourism in Malësia e Madhe has become an important rural tourism destination in the Shkodër region.

The farm combines northern Albanian traditions, local cuisine and the natural beauty of Lake Shkodër.

Prime Minister Edi Rama shared images from the business, which receives support from government programmes. The agrotourism centre offers visitors traditional hospitality, local products and an authentic Albanian experience.

Hysaj Agrotourism follows a “farm-to-table” concept. It uses local and organic products to prepare traditional dishes from northern Albania.

The experience introduces visitors to “Made in Albania” products, culinary traditions and rural lifestyles.

Located near Lake Shkodër, the structure promotes sustainable tourism. It connects economic development with the preservation of traditions and the promotion of Albanian production.

The agrotourism centre offers 19 accommodation units, including rooms and wooden villas. It also provides around 50 spaces for camping and caravans.

Visitors can enjoy a restaurant, swimming pools and relaxing areas near the lake.
