Holta Canyon, a journey through Albania’s natural beauty

TIRANA, July 28 – Holta Canyon in Gramsh is one of Albania’s most visited tourist attractions.

The destination offers visitors a journey through a landscape shaped by rock formations and thermal waters. Its caves and natural features make it an attractive site for exploration.

PM Rama shared images of Holta Canyon on social media today. Many tourists continue to visit the area and enjoy its karst caves and natural scenery.

Holta Canyon ranks among the best-known natural monuments in the Gramsh area. Water erosion formed the canyon over limestone rocks. The site features high rocky walls, deep narrow passages, and crystal-clear waters that flow along its entire length.

Meanwhile, the area offers opportunities for hiking, exploration, and nature photography.

In addition to its landscapes and favorable climate, Gramsh also attracts visitors with its rich culture and local hospitality. Tourists can explore mountain villages, taste traditional Albanian cuisine, and learn about local traditions.
