TIRANA, July 30 – The National Tourism Agency is present at Albania’s entry points to provide foreign visitors with tourist information during their stay.
Prime Minister Edi Rama shared images on social media showing agency staff welcoming tourists and distributing maps, guides and information materials. The initiative helps visitors discover Albania’s destinations, attractions and travel experiences.
Meanwhile, tourists said they enjoyed their time in Albania and felt welcome in different cities. Visitors highlighted destinations such as Durrës, Kruja, Tirana, Golem, Vlora, Gjirokastër and Berat. Some said they were visiting the country for the first time, while others returned to explore new places.
One visitor said Albania had become a familiar destination and planned to visit Berat again after travelling to Gjirokastër, Tirana and Vlora. Another tourist described Berat as a place where visitors feel at home. A visitor in Vlora praised the city’s beauty and said he planned to stay in Albania for 12 days.
The National Tourism Agency said its presence at entry points aims to provide direct information on destinations, attractions, itineraries and experiences. The effort comes as Albania continues to welcome visitors from around the world.
