The prime minister added that the new road section will significantly improve traffic flow and road safety, while also providing a major boost to the economic and tourism development of the areas connected by the route.

“Construction on the Elbasan–Qafë Thanë road is advancing at a rapid pace, bringing us closer each day to the completion of one of the country’s most important infrastructure projects.

This project will significantly improve traffic flow, enhance road safety, and create more opportunities for the economic and tourism development of the areas connected by this route.

We continue to invest in modern and functional infrastructure that meets the needs of citizens and supports the vision of Albania 2030,” Rama wrote.
