TIRANA, August 12 — Archbishop Joani of Tirana, Durrës and All Albania is in Imbros for the celebration of the 65th anniversary of Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew’s entry into the clergy. Patriarch Theodore II of Alexandria and All Africa is also attending the celebration. Joani and Theodore II accompanied Bartholomew to his birthplace.
The presence of the 3 Primates marks 65 years since Bartholomew entered the clergy. The anniversary highlights his long service and dedication to the Great Church of Christ. Meanwhile, a Divine Liturgy will take place in Imbros on Wednesday, August 13, where the 3 Primates will concelebrate the service.
