Foreign Tourists in Vlora: Good Food and Friendly People

Albania continues to attract foreign tourists. Visitors particularly praise its hospitality, cuisine and coastline.

Deputy Prime Minister Albana Koçiu shared today the views of several foreign tourists who chose Vlora for their holidays.

“For the first time in Vlora, and certainly not the last, new friends of Albania are coming from around the world to discover the beauty of the coast and experience Albanian hospitality,” Koçiu said.

Two tourists from Brazil, visiting Vlora for the first time, said they really liked Albania. They also encouraged others to visit the country.

A tourist from Argentina said it was his first visit to Vlora and Albania. He praised the coastline and the people.

“It is my first time in Vlora and Albania. People love this place. It is only my second day, but everything has been great so far. We were thinking about staying for two months,” he said.

Another foreign visitor described the city as fantastic and praised its views.

“The pool is really nice. I am very happy about it. We will walk to the beach and enjoy our time. Maybe we will have a drink. Come to Albania. You will really like it,” he said.

A tourist from Poland praised the food and the friendly people.

“I like the city. I have heard many positive things about it on social media. It is beautiful, the food is good, and the people are friendly. We are having a great holiday here. I will tell others that it is fantastic and that they should come,” she said.
