Nufi welcomes Belgian counterpart Theo Francken to Vlora

Albanian Defence Minister Ermal Nufi welcomed his Belgian counterpart, Theo Francken, in Vlora on Tuesday. The two ministers held a warm and informal meeting during Francken’s holiday in Albania with his family.

Nufi said the meeting offered an opportunity to strengthen friendship and cooperation between the two countries. Francken chose Albania for his summer holiday and also visited Berat with his family.

During his stay in Berat, he took part in sports activities, including padel. He also used his holiday to explore the country and spend time with his family.

Francken’s visit comes at the height of the tourist season. Albania continues to attract international figures who choose the country for holidays and leisure experiences.
