A provocative incident was reported in Spain during the Conference League match between Getafe and Partizan Belgrade, where the visiting fans repeatedly chanted “Kosovo is Serbia”.
Around 6,000 fans were present at the stadium, while the political chants by Serbian supporters could be heard throughout the match.
Meanwhile, some of the videos documenting the incident during the Getafe-Partizan Belgrade match appear to be inaccessible in Albania and Kosovo.
This is not the first time Serbian fans have used such chants or displayed similar messages at stadiums during international matches. In the past, UEFA has also taken disciplinary action against clubs over the display of political messages of this kind.
