Rama: “Pasqyrë Albania” to Track Citizens’ Requests in Real Time

Prime Minister Edi Rama outlined plans to improve communication between citizens and public institutions following a meeting with Socialist Party political leaders in Pogradec.

Rama said the meeting focused on “Besa”, government presence on the ground and a new communication system designed to strengthen direct contact with citizens.

He also highlighted “Pasqyrë Albania”, a proposed platform that would bring public institutions together in one place. Through the platform, citizens would be able to submit requests and follow their progress.

Rama said the government wants citizens to track every request in real time, similar to tracking a postal package.

As a result, institutions would have clearer responsibilities for handling citizens’ requests. Moreover, the system would make missed deadlines easier to identify and follow up.

Rama said the initiatives form part of preparations for the new political season. Ultimately, the government aims to strengthen its relationship with citizens and improve the delivery of public services.
