SIAR Guesthouse in Pogradec is emerging as a new example of Albania’s growing agrotourism sector, combining nature, traditional hospitality and rural experiences.
Prime Minister Edi Rama shared images of the guesthouse, highlighting its contribution to the development of tourism and family-run businesses in Albania’s tourist areas.
SIAR features nine private wooden cabins, spaces for relaxation and entertainment, and local products. The guesthouse aims to welcome visitors throughout the year.
The project received support from the Agency for Agricultural and Rural Development through the IPARD Programme.
The guesthouse reflects the growing role of rural tourism in diversifying Albania’s tourism offer and creating new opportunities for local communities.
