TIRANA, August 29 – Prime Minister Edi Rama held a working meeting in Tirana with government political leaders and representatives on Friday evening. The meeting focused on preparations for the new government season and work priorities across Albania.
The talks covered the details of the new programme and stronger government presence across the country. Rama also highlighted plans to improve central and local public services for citizens.
The prime minister said the meeting reviewed the schedule for the “Loyal Presence” initiative in every area. The talks also covered new mechanisms for cooperation between the government and members of parliament. Rama said the government also plans legal changes for PasqyrAlbania [Dashboard Albania].
Meanwhile, participants reviewed progress on the Social Albania initiative. The programme aims to consolidate social policies and measures that serve citizens.
Rama announced a special National Conference on Social Albania in November. The event will present and further discuss the initiative’s objectives and concrete measures.
The meeting also addressed stronger cooperation between the government and members of parliament. The aim is to improve coordination and respond more effectively to citizens’ needs across the country.
