Minister of Defense Ermal Nufi, who also leads the Socialist Party in Lezhë County, met today with the county’s MPs, mayors and local party leaders.
The meeting focused on putting citizens at the center of every decision and responsibility. Nufi said officials must listen to citizens and address their concerns quickly and effectively.
“We are here to discuss our responsibilities and move them forward for the citizens who expect all those with a mandate to serve,” Nufi said.
He stressed the need for officials to stay close to citizens every day, not only during scheduled meetings.
“We are more determined than ever to listen to their concerns and address them with commitment, trust and empathy,” Nufi said.
He added that officials must handle citizens’ concerns faster, more accurately and fairly. Nufi described this approach as part of the Socialist Party’s commitment to remain present in the community.
“The Socialist Party in Lezhë County is fully committed to standing by citizens and by everyone who believes in a modern Albania,” he said.
