The picturesque village of Lin will host the fourth edition of the Lin Festival from September 4 to 6, 2026. The National Center for Traditional Activities (QKVT) organizes the event to promote and preserve Albania’s intangible cultural heritage.
Set along the shores of the lake, the festival will offer a rich program of music and cultural activities. Meanwhile, folk artists will showcase traditional performances, including the famous Gramsh flutes, lahuta performances by traditional rhapsodists, and Maje Krahi songs.
In addition, visitors will discover the special “Fustanella” exhibition. The event will also feature a local handicraft fair. There, skilled artisans from the area will demonstrate their craft and present traditional handmade creations.
As a result, the Lin Festival will bring together music, heritage and local craftsmanship. It will also give visitors an opportunity to experience Albanian traditions in the unique setting of the lakeside village.
