Deputy Prime Minister Albana Koçiu said the “Albania Dashboard” digital platform will introduce a new way of working across Albania’s public administration. She said the system will put citizens at the center and provide better services without delays or bureaucracy.
Koçiu said every citizen request will have an assigned official and every institution will have a clear responsibility for resolving it. The platform will allow citizens to track their requests, see which institution is responsible and know when they should receive a response.
The system will also identify delays and direct cases to the institution responsible for resolving them, Koçiu said. Citizens will no longer need to follow up with different institutions when another authority needs to handle their case.
Meanwhile, the government is transforming its co-governance platform, which allows citizens to submit requests and concerns to public institutions. Koçiu said it will become part of the Albania Dashboard, ensuring that requests remain traceable across institutions and lead to a clear result.
