The Tax Administration is continuing the process of refunding overpaid tax to individuals under the Annual Individual Income Declaration (DIVA) for 2025.
According to the latest update from the General Directorate of Taxation, the next phase of the process includes 2,192 beneficiaries, with refunds amounting to €360,000.
The refunds are part of an ongoing process launched earlier by the Tax Administration to return overpaid tax and provide benefits related to deductions for dependent children.
By mid-August, according to data published by the Tax Administration, 39,940 individuals had benefited, while the amount transferred to them had reached €6.4 million.
The process has not yet been completed. The Tax Administration is urging individuals who are eligible for a refund but have not yet received the corresponding amount to check and update their bank account details.
