The National Business Center hosted an InfoCamere delegation in Tirana as the two institutions continued cooperation on digital systems and services for businesses. InfoCamere provides information technology services for the Italian Chambers of Commerce.
The meeting followed an April visit by the National Business Center team to Padua. The team examined Italy’s experience in managing business information and InfoCamere’s technology solutions for the Italian Chamber of Commerce system.
National Business Center Director General Etugert Llazi called for more structured cooperation focused on practical projects and solutions. He said Albania aims to adapt relevant elements of Italy’s experience to its institutional framework, digital infrastructure and business needs. Llazi identified simpler, faster and more transparent digital services as a priority.
During the technical mission, the two teams focused on two main areas. The first concerns the registers managed by the National Business Center. The second covers information technology and digital infrastructure. InfoCamere Director Paolo Ghezzi expressed readiness to share the company’s technological expertise to further develop digital business services in Albania.
The cooperation also supports Albania’s European integration process. Llazi said the partnership should help improve services for businesses, raise the quality of information, strengthen interaction between institutions and increase public administration efficiency.
