Albania at OECD Global Forum on Anti-Corruption and Integrity

Albania participated in the 2026 OECD Global Forum on Anti-Corruption and Integrity in Paris, the Public Administration Department (DAP) announced.

Marcela Kërëku, Director of Integrity, Oversight, and Administrative and Judicial Complaints at DAP, represented the country. She highlighted integrity as a key factor for competitiveness and development.

During the session “The Integrity Advantage: Public Sector Integrity through Training,” participants stressed the importance of training and online courses to strengthen ethics and civil servant integrity.

Discussions also covered how public sector integrity and simplified administrative procedures improve the business climate and foster economic growth, especially in the Western Balkans.

Albania attended the forum with ReSPA’s cooperation and support.
