Albania’s women’s national team will face Serbia, Belgium and Romania in Group B1 of the 2027 UEFA Women’s Nations League. The draw took place in Nyon, Switzerland.

The league phase will follow a home-and-away format. Each team will play every group opponent twice, once at home and once away. The matches will take place across 3 international windows in 2027: February 23–March 6, April 13–24 and June 7–15.

League B features 16 national teams divided into 4 groups. The group winners will earn promotion to League A for the qualifying phase of the 2029 European Championship.

Teams finishing second in League B will face third-placed teams from League A in two-legged promotion and relegation play-offs from October 4–12, 2027. Winners will move up to League A, while the losing teams will remain in League B.

Third-placed teams in League B will also compete for survival. The 2 best-ranked teams will face the 2 best second-placed teams from League C. The winners will stay in League B, while the losers will drop to League C. The other 2 third-placed teams and all 4 fourth-placed teams in League B will be relegated directly. The play-off draw is scheduled for June 18, 2027.
