Infrastructure and Energy Minister Enea Karakaçi participated in the UN High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development (HLPF) in New York, where Albania reaffirmed its commitment to implementing the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals.
The forum provided Albania with an opportunity to present its progress and strengthen cooperation with international partners.
At the same time, Karakaçi held meetings with international representatives to exchange experiences on the role of infrastructure and energy in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.
Furthermore, he emphasized that modern infrastructure, clean energy investments and stronger energy security remain central to Albania’s long-term vision.
“These priorities will help build a more competitive economy and a more sustainable future,” Karakaçi said.
