Albanian Mail and IdentiTek sign agreement to improve citizen services

TIRANA, May 12 – Albanian Mail and IdentiTek signed a cooperation agreement on improving service delivery for citizens in Albania and abroad. The two institutions aim to strengthen access, security, and efficiency in identity-related services.

The agreement was signed by Albanian Mail Administrator Etjen Xhafaj and IdentiTek Administrator Silda Anagnosti Çepe. They formalised cooperation on the distribution of services and coupons across the country.

At the same time, IdentiTek and Albanian Mail described the agreement as part of public service modernisation. They said the cooperation strengthens service quality and administrative performance.

Overall, the institutions said the agreement supports more efficient and accessible public services for citizens.
