“Ardenica Restaurant & Wine,” located near the historic Ardenica Monastery in Lushnja’s Kolonjë area, is emerging as a destination that combines traditional hospitality, local cuisine and quality wines.
Prime Minister Edi Rama shared images of the business on social media. The Agricultural and Rural Development Agency (AZHBR) supported the project through the IPARD programme.
Rama described the venue as a destination that brings together regional gastronomy, traditional hospitality and premium wines.
Moreover, the business promotes rural tourism and local products. It offers visitors an authentic experience surrounded by nature and local traditions.
At the same time, “Ardenica Restaurant & Wine” connects agriculture, gastronomy and tourism. As a result, it supports the local economy and increases the value of regional products.
Furthermore, the initiative highlights the growing role of agritourism in attracting visitors and showcasing Albania’s culinary heritage.
