Balla: “Double Your Business” Programme Opens New Financing Opportunities for SMEs

The “Double Your Business” programme supports Albanian entrepreneurs and creates new financing opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises, said Taulant Balla during a visit to the “Belba” winery in Kavajë.

Balla visited the winery, which two brothers established after bringing their experience from Italy and combining it with Albania’s traditional wine-making methods.

He learned more about the winery’s production process and its “Made in Albania” wine, which has become one of the country’s high-quality products.

Balla highlighted the importance of supporting businesses that invest in quality, innovation and local economic development.

He said the programme helps small and medium-sized enterprises access financing through preferential interest-rate loans and Sovereign Guarantees.

These opportunities allow businesses to invest, expand their activities and improve their competitiveness.

The “Belba” winery represents a successful example of a local business that promotes Albanian products and contributes to sustainable economic growth.
