Balla offers condolences for former Emir of Qatar: His vision and legacy will inspire future generations

Socialist Party parliamentary group leader Taulant Balla visited the Embassy of Qatar in Tirana to express condolences following the death of former Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani.

During the visit, Balla conveyed his condolences to the Qatari Ambassador, Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Al Thani family and the people of Qatar.

Balla described Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani as a visionary statesman and a historic leader who laid the foundations for Qatar’s transformation into a modern, developed and internationally respected country.

He said the former Emir helped advance Qatar while preserving the country’s identity, traditions and rich cultural heritage.

Furthermore, Balla highlighted the strong friendship and growing cooperation between Albania and Qatar.

He stressed that Albania stands with the Qatari people during this period of mourning.

“His legacy and vision will continue to inspire Qatar’s development and future generations,” Balla said.
