The President of Albania, Bajram Begaj, held a meeting with U.S. Congressman Keith Self in Texas.

The news was announced by President Begaj himself on the social platform X, where, alongside a photo with the congressman, he wrote that the meeting focused on the partnership between the two countries.

“It was a pleasure to meet Congressman @RepKeithSelf in Texas, whom I thanked for his attention to the Albanian issue and the Western Balkans. We exchanged views and perspectives on the importance of the U.S. presence in the region, the role of the region itself, NATO and KFOR, as well as strengthening the strategic partnership between our two countries,” Begaj wrote.
